Semester in Enivronmental Science
Currently, I teach the
Microbial Methods in Ecology course that is part of the MBL Semester
in
Environmental
Science (SES) Program. The methods course combines laboratory
with
lectures and meets twich a week
during the fall semester.
Brown University
At Brown, a multidisciplinary course on geomicrobiology is currently
being developed that is planned for the fall 2011 term and will be
co-taught. As the details of the course develop, they will be
posted or linked to from here.
I also mentor graduate students via an appointment in the Geological
Sciences department. I am currently looking for graduate
students
with an interest in microbial biogeochemistry and/or mathematical
modeling. Please contact me if you are interested, as well as
visit the Brown-MBL
graduate program web site.
